Accommodation:
  • Vehicle: Guests are required to provide their own recreational vehicle (RV) or caravan.
  • Cost: $400 (unpowered) & $450 (powered) per site (based on adult twin share occupancy).
  • Location: Bathurst Harness Racing Club (BHRC).
  • Transportation: Shuttle services will be provided to and from the Bathurst 1000 Race.
  • Vehicle Requirement: Only self-contained RVs/caravans
Inclusions:
  • BHRC Facilities: Access to essential facilities at the BHRC, including water and restrooms.
  • BHRC Amenities: Access to the BHRC Bar & Lounge area.
  • Dining: Access to the BHRC restaurant for pre-paid meals. A booking and payment link will be issued upon confirmation of a site reservation.
Site Access: Access to the site will commence on Wednesday, October 8th.

      *Package is for two (2) people + children. This package is for existing Bathurst 1000 ticketholders. Attendees will need to purchase Bathurst 1000 entry tickets via the official 2025 Repco Bathurst 1000 website. Subject to availability.

      Cancellation policy: Bookings are non-cancellable
      Site Rules: all guests must comply with the following site rules:
      • No alcohol is permitted;
      • No drugs, weapons or dangerous items are permitted. Anyone found to be in possession of, supplying or consuming illicit drugs will be reported to Police immediately.
      • Please respect your fellow campers. Poor behaviour and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
      • You must follow the reasonable directions of Camplify and BHRC staff
      • Open fires, candles and fireworks are not permitted
      • No animals are permitted
      • Under 18 (minors) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
      • Footwear must be worn at all times in the area
      Camplify reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person that causes an annoyance, breaches the Site Rules or breaks the law.
